Hurumanu 5: Making waves
Aim: Thing that you are trying to find out
Hypothesis: An educated method guess
Equipment: Material used for the experiment
Steps: The order in which you carry out the experiment
Finding: What you found out on the experiment
Conclusion: Finding and research summarised together.
Is the hypothesis correct: My hypothesis was that the marshmallow would fly and would be launched across the room
This was incorrect because the only length that the marshmallow went to was to the table across to me which wasn't that far so no my hypothesis was incorrect.

Athletics
High jump: In the high jump, we had learnt how to do a Fosbury flop. A Fosbury flop is you can only jump with 1 foot, you jump off your left foot and spin and land on your back with your feet and hands up in the air with your chin in your chest.
Shotput: In the shot put we got taught the basics of pushing the ball. You have to have your right foot in front and you left foot on the line, have your shotput on your neck with your elbow in the air and hand in your face. Then you lean and pivot and push the ball.

Mirror poem
Today for hurumanu with Miss Clark and Mr Wilson we had to make a poem about someone in the mirror. We had to write in a book or a Chromebook. Here is my poem that I did.
This here is my poem in my book cause writing is easier.
So here is the poem and then we had to fill it in.
I look in the mirror and what do I see?
A gorgeous, kind and funny person looking back at me
I'm really good at netball, boxing and sleeping
and love to bake and cook.
I spend lots of time taking time with family and friends
and can't wait for going to sleep
I could improve my fitness and my shooting
and being nice to my brother is hard for me
but I know if I try, I'll be the best I can be.
