Kiwi singers

In hurumanu music, we had to write down a form that is related to the singer and a band. Then we had to make a DLO that I'm soon going to show that is about the people that I had chosen. So hope you like it.

Meal challenege

In CIP we had done it with DS. We had to make a meal with 12 dollars. It was really hard but my team somehow got it done. In  2 weeks we had to figure out what we should make and how much it would cost to get the ingredients, then we had to go to paknsave and get our ingredients i didn't go but Sierra and Kelesi did and they had got yogurt and fruit. How to learn Graph Inequalities.

Here is a DLO I had made for maths. This slide is what I had learned on mathletics. It is all of what graph inequalities is and how to do it.

Visualisation

This week in reading we had to listen and visualise what the story was about. Now if you don't know what visualise means we will start with visualisation. Visualisation is when you will listen to a story or a text and picture it in your head. Then you would sometimes draw it in your head so you can think that is what you had in your head. Now you know what visualisation means or visuals means now we can get back to what I had learned.

In reading, we had to again visualise what the story would look like. Mr Mitchell had us to close our eyes and listen to the story he was reading, the story was based on a teacher and everything about her and what her student thought about her. Then after he read the story we had to grab our reading book and draw what we had visualised in our head. After we had drawn we had to put it down on the floor near the whiteboard then everyone would look at it and decide what drawing exactly showed what the story had explained.

Hurumanu - beats and beyond

This hurumanu we have changed into music. In music, we are learning the types of music, the types of instruments, the meaning of music and what is music. There might be other things that we will learn but this is what we are learning so far. 

Today we had learnt the different type of guitars that Mr Mitchell had and the meaning of the things about the guitar.
We had to work on our books and had a title called beats and beyond.

We also did the glossary of the guitars. We looked at these guitars:

Then we had to make a glossary on what Mr Mitchell had taught us from the guitars.

Tunning pegs - Used to put tension on the strings to tune them
Soundhole - A hole that makes the guitar make a sound
Nylon string guitar - A guitar with nylon strings
Steel string guitar - A guitar with steel strings
Capo - Hold all six strings at the same time
Dreadnought guitar - A guitar with a big body
Backpackers guitar - A guitar with a small body
AMP plugs - Plugs into an electric guitar
