Fitness everyday


I think that we should do fitness when we start school because it helps us get better at running and helping us getting fit.
Fitness is good for you and you should always do fitness everyday. Fitness is good for because if you just stay at home and it junk food, play video game and you are sitting in bed doing nothing you might get fat and die or people will make fun of you and call you pig.


Fitness is also good for you when you have to go to school and go in the bus and you are running out of time and the school bus is about to leave you can just run and that can help you with your fitness but if you were fat you wouldn't make it but if you are fat and you are really good at running you might get there.
Doing fitness is the best because you can do sports and doing fitness. I love doing fitness most of the time.



Fitness is like doing sports so league that is doing fitness,  Netball,Soccer,basketball and all of the other sports you do is the same thing as fitness today we did the hole senior hub fitness and we ran around the court then we all went on the junior hub court and did our routine for our other fitness activity.
