Answer these questions about your experiment:
  1. What is the best number of fins?
  2. What happens to the water rocket if you do not have fins?
  3. What is the best nose shape?
  4. What happens if you have a flat nose shape?
  5. Does ballast at the nose make any difference?
  6. What is the right amount of water?
  7. Explain what happens if you have too much water?
  8. What is pushing the rocket to make it go faster?
  9. Name the 4 forces that effect the water rockets flight?
  10. What keeps the rocket moving once the water has all come out?

Answer's:
  1. 3-4 fins
  2. It would not work
  3. A cone shape
  4. It would go up for a little while and then go straight down
  5.  Yes it does cause it would make it go down then up
  6. 3/4 cause if you add too much or add too less it will stay where it is
  7. If you add too much water it will not shoot off
  8. The air that is pushed in the bottle
  9. Gravity, Thrust, Lift & Drag
  10.  The Wind
