Food For Thought!
Today in Rimu class we had Food For Thought where you learn what to eat for your health. Today we had Chloe to come in our class and introduce herself and told us that she is a nutritionist and tells people what is good. Then she taught us what has sugar and what doesn't have sugar. She asked us what has sugar in them. Some people said Ice cream,Milk,bread and fizzy drink. Then she gave us bags full of paper that has pictures of food and also gave us a big picture and we had to draw a food pyramid. Here is a picture of the food pyramid.
